综合康复护理在老年腰椎管狭窄术后的运用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in the Elderly Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis after Operation

目的 探讨老年腰椎管狭窄术后运用综合康复护理的临床效果.方法 选择2017年6月—2018年9月期间该院收治的老年腰椎管狭窄患者96例为研究对象,随机分为两组,给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用综合康复护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 干预前,两组的负面情绪评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的满意度高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组的GQOL-74评分、ADL评分以及住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将综合康复护理运用在老年腰椎管狭窄术患者中,可以使患者的住院时间缩短,促进患者康复.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods From June 2017 to September 2018,96 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the difference in negative mood score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At the same time,the difference in GQOL-74 score,ADL score and length of stay between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis can shorten the hospitalization time and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
