试论糖尿病患者的康复护理和饮食指导

目的 对于糖尿病患者,在整个护理过程中探究康复护理联合饮食指导策略的应用效果.方法 为了探究该次实验结果,科室选取了2018年9月—2019年9月期间接受治疗的120例糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者依据自身病症情况分为两个组,分别为常规护理组和实验护理组,对于实验护理组当中的所有患者,需要在以往常规传统化方法策略之上进行康复护理联合饮食指导策略,常规护理组实施传统方法.结果 护理方法实施结束之后,统计相关的数据,结果表明实验护理组患者的糖化血红蛋白指标、餐后两小时血糖指标以及空腹血糖指标结果均优于常规护理组,且对护士工作的满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 当前,采用康复护理联合饮食指导来护理糖尿病患者,可以显著改善患者的血糖指标,也可以在一定程度上提升患者的心理状态,临床效果明显.

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with diet guidance strategy in the whole nursing process for diabetic patients.Methods In order to explore the results of this experiment,the department selected 120 diabetic patients who were treated from September 2018 to September 2019 as research objects.All patients were divided into two groups according to their own disease conditions,namely the conventional nursing group and the experimental nursing group.The patients in the conventional nursing group were used the traditional method,on this basis,the patients in the experimental nursing group were combined with dietary guidance strategy.Results The results showed that after the implementation of rehabilitation nursing combined with dietary guidance,the glycosylated hemoglobin index,blood glucose index and fasting blood glucose index of the patients in the experimental nursing group were better than those of the conventional nursing group,and the satisfaction of nurses in the experimental nursing group was extremely high.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion At present,the use of rehabilitation nursing combined with diet guidance to care for patients with diabetes can significantly improve the blood glucose index of patients,and can also improve the psychological state of patients.The clinical effect is obvious.
