自制肘关节屈伸装置对脑梗死后肘关节痉挛的康复治疗作用

摘要 目的 分析在脑梗死后肘关节痉挛康复治疗中应用自制肘关节屈伸装置的作用.方法 随机选择2018年9月—2019年9月期间该院收治的102例脑梗死后肘关节痉挛患者作为研究对象,并根据病例单双号将其分为研究A组(常规康复治疗)与研究B组(加用自制肘关节屈伸装置),每组51例.比较两组的康复效果.结果 治疗前,所有研究对象的肘关节主动屈伸活动度、痉挛程度及上肢运动功能均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,所有研究对象的肘关节主动屈伸活动度、痉挛程度及上肢运动功能均得到显著改善,且研究B组的肘关节主动屈伸活动度与简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分均显著高于研究A组,同时研究B组的MAS评分显著低于研究A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于脑梗死后肘关节痉挛患者而言,应用自制肘关节屈伸装置可更好地改善其肘关节主动屈伸活动度、痉挛程度及上肢运动功能,具有极佳的康复治疗作用. Objective To analyze the effect of self-made elbow flexion and extension device in the rehabilitation of elbow spasm after cerebral infarction.Methods 102 patients with elbow spasm after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the subjects of study.According to the single and double number of cases,they were divided into study A group(routine rehabilitation treatment)and study B group(additional self-made elbow flexion and extension device),51 cases in each group.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,the differences in the elbow joint active flexion and extension activity,spasm degree and upper limb motor function among all the subjects were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment,the elbow joint active flexion and extension activity,spasm degree and upper limb motor function of all the subjects were significantly improved,and the scores of active flexion and extension of the elbow joint and the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale in the study B group were significantly higher than those in the study A group,while the MAS score of the study B group was significantly lower than that of the study A group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with elbow spasm after cerebral infarction,the application of self-made elbow flexion and extension device can better improve their elbow active flexion and extension activity,spasm degree and upper limb movement function,which has an excellent rehabilitation effect.
