应用引导式教育理念结合PT训练对脑瘫患儿康复的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Applying Conductive Education Concept Combined with PT Training on Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy Children

目的 应用引导式教育理念结合PT训练(运动疗法)对脑瘫患儿康复的效果观察.方法 纳入该院于2019年1—12月间收治的76例脑瘫患儿,采用电脑随机法将其划分为观察组与对照组各38例,观察组采取引导式教育理念结合PT训练,对照组采取常规康复训练,对比两组患儿干预前后生活自理能力(ADL)评分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分、适应性发育商(DQ)评分及满意度.结果 干预前两组患儿ADL、FMA、DQ评分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组ADL、FMA、DQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用引导式教育理念结合运动疗法可有效促进脑瘫患儿康复,提高DQ评分,改善运动能力.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effects of conductive education concept combined with PT(physical therapy)training in cerebral palsy children.Methods 76 cerebral palsy children admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly assigned to an observation group(conductive education and PT)and a control group(conventional rehabilitation training),47 cases in each group.The activities of daily living(ADL)score,simple Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function(FMA)score,adaptive development quotient(DQ)scores and satisfaction degree of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,the differences in the ADL,FMA and DQ scores between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the ADL,FMA and DQ scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 73.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of conductive education concept combined with physical therapy can effectively promote the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,improve DQ score and motor ability.
