康复治疗对老年人工全膝关节置换后下肢运动功能的影响分析

摘要 目的 分析康复治疗对老年人工全膝关节置换后下肢运动功能的影响.方法 选择2018年2月—2020年2月在该院行老年人工全膝关节置换术治疗的86例患者,将掷硬币结果作为依据分组,传统组的43例行常规康复训练,康复组的43例增加肌电生物反馈仪治疗,观察两组下肢运动功能恢复情况及步行能力.结果 康复组LEFS评分(35.71±3.46)分、HSS评分(79.83±5.22)分、BBS评分(54.39±3.62)分,膝关节活动度(105.43±4.22)°均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.4805,10.5746,10.4389,8.0462,P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000,0.0000).治疗后,康复组患者步长为(59.46±4.17)cm,平衡功能为(103.05±6.23)分,最大步速为(63.22±4.81)m/min,与传统组各数据之间差异有统计学意义,(t=10.3118,12.3534,21.6930,P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000).结论 对老年人工全膝关节置换术患者实施康复训练联合肌电生物反馈仪治疗,可促进其下肢功能恢复,还能提高其步行能力,推广使用价值较高. Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation treatment on the motor function of lower limbs after artificial total knee replacement in the elderly.Methods 86 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the result of coin flips.43 patients in the traditional group received routine rehabilitation training,and on this basis,43 patients in the rehabilitation group increased myoelectric biofeedback therapy.The recovery of lower limb motor function and walking ability in the two groups were observed.Results The LEFS score(35.71±3.46)points,HSS score(79.83±5.22)points,BBS score(54.39±3.62)points and knee motion(105.43±4.22)°in the rehabilitation group were all better than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=15.4805,10.5746,10.4389,8.0462,P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000,0.0000).After treatment,the patients in the rehabilitation group had a step length of(59.46±4.17)cm,a balance function of(103.05±6.23)points,and a maximum step speed of(63.22±4.81)m/min,the differences between the data in the traditional group were statistically significant(t=10.3118,12.3534,21.6930,P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0000).Conclusion The rehabilitation training combined with electromyography biofeedback instrument can promote the recovery of lower limb function,improve the walking ability,which is of high value for promotion.
