早期神经康复在脑梗死急性期患者中的治疗效果分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Early Neural Rehabilitation in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 研究脑梗死急性期患者应用早期神经康复的临床效果.方法 选择2017年8月—2018年12月期间在该院接受治疗的80例脑梗死急性期患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者均分为两组.对照组应用药物治疗,试验组应用药物治疗结合早期神经康复治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效、生活能力、神经功能以及满意度.结果 在临床疗效和治疗满意度两个方面,试验组患者均高于对照组患者,经比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在接受治疗之前,两组患者在神经功能缺损情况和日常生活能力方面的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在接受治疗之后,试验组患者的评分更好,经比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脑梗死急性期患者应用早期神经康复,有助于改善生活能力和神经功能状况,并获得较高的满意度,值得推广和使用.

Objective To study the clinical effect of early neural rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with medication,and the experimental group was treated with medication combined with early neurorehabilitation.The clinical efficacy,living ability,neurological function and satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction,the patients in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,tthe differences in the scores of neurological impairment and activities of daily living between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of patients in the experimental group were better,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early neural rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebral infarction is helpful to improve living ability and neurological function,and obtain high satisfaction,which is worth popularizing and using.
