内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗大肠侧向发育型肿瘤的康复效果评价

Evaluation of the Rehabilitation Effect of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the Treatment of Lateral Developmental Tumor of Large Intestine

目的 评价内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗大肠侧向发育型肿瘤的康复效果.方法 随机选择2015年1月—2019年12月白城中心医院治疗的60例大肠侧向发育型肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组采用内镜下黏膜切除术进行治疗,研究组采用内镜黏膜下剥离术进行治疗,比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术整块切除率和完整切除率以及术后并发症发生率和复发率.结果 两组患者术中出血量之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者手术整块切除率和完整切除率以及术后并发症发生率和复发率之间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 比较内镜黏膜下剥离术和内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠侧向发育型肿瘤,两者术中出血量相同,但前者手术整块切除率和完整切除率更高,术后并发症发生率和复发率更低,内镜黏膜下剥离术值得临床推广应用.

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of laterally developed tumors of the large intestine.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with lateral developmental tumor of large intestine treated in Baicheng Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,and the research group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the rate of complete resection and complete resection,and the rate of postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of the surgical resection rate and complete resection rate,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence between the two groups of patients were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing endoscopic submucosal dissection and endoscopic mucosal resection for the treatment of lateral developmental tumors of the large intestine,the amount of intraoperative bleeding is same of the two methods,but the former method has a higher rate of surgical resection and complete resection,and a lower incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate.The endoscopic submucosal dissection is worthy of clinical application.
