不同分期肩周炎的临床特征与康复治疗策略研究

Clinical Characteristics and Rehabilitation Strategies of Periarthritis of Shoulder in Different Stages

目的 探讨不同分期肩周炎的临床特征,制定相应的康复治疗策略,观察并分析康复诊疗策略的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2017年4月—2018年11月期间于该院接受治疗的53例肩周炎患者的临床资料,根据不同康复治疗策略分为观察组(不同分期肩周炎康复治疗策略,29例)和对照组(常规康复治疗策略,24例),对比分析两组患者治疗1年后的临床疗效.结果 康复治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复治疗后,两组VAS评分较康复治疗前降低,肩关节ROM评分较康复治疗前升高,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,肩关节ROM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 不同分期肩周炎实施受不同康复治疗策略,能够减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高肩关节的活动度,可进一步提高治疗效果.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of periarthritis of shoulder in different stages,to formulate corresponding rehabilitation treatment strategies,and to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation treatment strategies.Methods 53 patients with periarthritis of shoulder who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to November 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different rehabilitation treatment strategies,they were divided into an observation group(different stages periarthritis of shoulder rehabilitation strategy,29 cases)and a control group(routine rehabilitation treatment strategy,24 cases).The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after 1 year of treatment were compared.Results After rehabilitation treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After rehabilitation treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before the rehabilitation treatment,and the shoulder ROM scores of the two groups were higher than those before rehabilitation treatment.The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the shoulder ROM score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Receiving different rehabilitation strategies in different stages of periarthritis of shoulder can reduce the pain,improve the range of motion of shoulder joint,which can further improve the treatment effect.
