化瘀涤痰汤与针灸结合康复治疗对中风后遗症患者的临床疗效观察

Observetion the Clinical Gurative Effect of Huayu Dietan Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Patients with Stroke Sequelae

目的 观察化瘀涤痰汤与针灸结合康复治疗对中风后遗症患者的临床疗效.方法 随机选取该院2016年1月—2019年12月收治的80例中风后遗症患者,将这些患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用化瘀涤痰汤、 针灸结合康复治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率以及神经功能缺损情况.结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的神经功能缺损情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对中风后遗症患者使用化瘀涤痰汤、针灸结合康复治疗能够提升患者的治疗有效率,改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,临床护理价值显著,值得被大力推广并应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huayu Ditan decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Methods 80 patients with sequelae of stroke treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The control group used routine treatment,the observation group used Huayu Diantan decoction,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of treatment and the condition of nerve function defect in the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nerve function of patients in the observation group energy defect was lower than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Huayu Diantan decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation treatment can improve the effective rate of treatment and improve the neurological deficit of patients.
