按摩足三里、照海穴辅助饮食运动疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床研究

Clinical Research on Zusanli Point and Zhaohai Point Massage Assisted with Diet and Exercise Therapy for Gestational Diabetes

目的 研究饮食运动护理结合足三里、 照海按摩治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果.方法 选取该院2017年4月—2019年4月收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,对照组给予饮食运动治疗,试验组给予饮食运动治疗结合按摩治疗,观察临床疗效.结果 试验组患者治疗后的临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标、妊娠结局显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 饮食运动疗法联合足三里、照海穴按摩可以明显影响妊娠期糖尿病患者的妊娠结局和临床效果,明显提高糖脂代谢能力.

Objective To study the clinical effect of diet and exercise combined with Zusanli point and Zhaohai point massages on gestational diabetes.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes that were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and analyzed.The control group was given diet and exercise therapy;the experimental group was given diet and exercise therapy combined with massage therapy.The clinical effects were observed.Results The clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and pregnancy outcomes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet and exercise combined with massage therapy for patients with gestational diabetes can significantly improve pregnancy outcomes,clinical effects,as well as improve glucolipid metabolism.
