Research Progress of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to Improve Limb Motor Function in Stroke Patients

经颅磁刺激(TMS)是目前用于治疗中枢神经系统的一种科学技术.随着科技发展及临床研究,不断证实TMS对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能康复的合理性,因而在治疗脑卒中和偏瘫患者中被广泛应用.本文综合阐述针对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能治疗,经颅磁刺激技术的原理、治疗效果、安全性及未来展望.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)is a technology currently used to treat the central nervous system.With the development of science and technology and clinical research,the rationality of TMS in limb motor function rehabilitation of stroke patients has been continuously confirmed,so it is widely used in the treatment of stroke and hemiplegia patients.In this review,the principle,therapeutic effect,safety and future prospect of TMS for limb motor function therapy in stroke patients are comprehensively described.
