针灸结合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的临床分析及护理效果

Clinical Analysis and Nursing of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察针灸结合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的临床分析及护理效果.方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月该院收治的周围性面瘫患者100例,随机且平均地分为两组,对照组患者采取针灸治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上联合早期康复训练治疗,观察两组患者在治疗后的临床疗效、满意度以及患者治疗前后的Portmann评分等临床指标.结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为98.00%,对照组为86.00%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后实验组的患者满意度为96.00%,对照组患者满意度为74.00%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前实验组患者Portman评分为(5.58±1.14)分,对照组患者为(5.87±1.57)分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3周,实验组患者Portman评分分别为(9.88±1.36)分、(14.76±1.87)分、(18.16±1.58)分,对照组患者分别为(8.25±1.27)分、(10.68±1.69)分、(14.93±1.38)分,实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过对周围性面瘫患者采取针灸结合康复训练治疗,能够大大提高患者的治疗效果,改善治疗前后患者的Portmann评分,同时患者对于治疗的满意度也得到提高,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the clinical analysis and nursing of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with peripheral facial paralysis achuitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and the patients in the experimental were combined with early rehabilitation training.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,satisfaction,the Portmann score and other clinical indicators before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate was 98.00%in the experimental group and 86.00%in the control group,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.00%,while that in the control group was 74.00%,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the Portman score was(5.58±1.14)points in the experimental group and(5.87±1.57)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant significant(P>0.05).At 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks,the Portman scores of the experimental group were(9.88±1.36)points,(14.76±1.87)points,and(18.16±1.58)points,respectively,while those of the control group were(8.25±1.27)points,(10.68±1.69)points,and(14.93±1.38)points,respectively,the scores were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for patients with peripheral facial paralysis can greatly improve the treatment effect of patients and improve the Portmann score of patients before and after treatment.At the same time,the satisfaction of patients with treatment has also been improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
