摘要
目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练疗法在初产妇产后盆底肌功能的影响.方法选取2017年3月—2019年2月该院经阴道分娩的初产妇82例作为研究对象,且经产后复查有盆底肌功能障碍情况,采用随机数表法分为两组,各41例.对照组采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合盆底肌训练疗法治疗,两组均治疗12周.治疗12周后,对比两组盆底肌张力、尿流动力学指标变化及盆底组织功能障碍发生情况.结果研究组静息压(VRP)、收缩压(VSP)及持续收缩时间均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组基础压、排尿压及收缩幅度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组子宫脱垂、阴道壁脱垂、尿失禁发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练疗法可改善初产妇产后盆底肌功能,改善尿流动力学指标,降低盆底组织功能障碍发生率.
Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training therapy on the function of pelvic floor muscles in the postpartum of primipara.Methods A total of 82 primiparas from vaginal delivery in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and pelvic floor muscle dysfunction was reviewed after childbirth.They were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation.The research group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of pelvic floor muscle tension,urodynamic indexes and the occurrence of pelvic floor tissue dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results The resting pressure(VRP),systolic blood pressure(VSP)and continuous contraction time of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the basal pressure,urinary pressure and contraction amplitude of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of uterine prolapse,vaginal wall prolapse,and urinary incontinence in the research group was lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training therapy can improve the function of postpartum pelvic floor muscles,the index of urodynamics,and reduce the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction.
