强化训练联合生活指导对类风湿性关节炎患者膝关节功能康复的影响

The Effect of Intensive Training Combined with Life Guidance on the Rehabilitation of Knee Joint Function in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探究类风湿性关节炎患者应用强化训练+生活指导对其膝关节功能的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的72例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,电脑流水号分组,36例采取强化训练患者为甲组,36例采取强化训练+生活指导患者为乙组,对比两组患者膝关节功能改善优良率、干预前后疼痛评分及日常生活能力评分.结果乙组患者膝关节功能改善优良率为94.44%,高于甲组72.22%,干预后,乙组疼痛评分低于甲组,生活质量评分、ADL评分比甲组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前两组主动屈曲度、主动伸直度、WOMAC评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组主动屈曲度相比,观察组较大;两组主动伸直度、WOMAC评分相比,观察组较小/低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论强化训练+生活指导用于类风湿性关节炎患者,成效高,患者康复效果好,值得推广.

Objective To explore the effect of intensive training and life guidance on knee joint function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups:group A(36 patients received intensive training)and group B(36 patients received intensive training+life guidance).The rate of improvement of knee joint function,pain score before and after intervention and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of knee joint function improvement in group B was 94.44%,higher than that in group A(72.22%).After intervention,the pain score in group B was lower than that in group A,and the quality of life score and ADL score were higher than that in group A,with significant differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,the differences in active flexion,active straightness and WOMAC score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the observation group's active flexion was larger,the active straightness and WOMAC score of the observation group were smaller/lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive training+life guidance has been applied to patients with rheumatoid arthritis with high effect and good rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of promotion.
