呼吸康复训练配合中药治疗小儿鼻窦炎疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Training Combined with Chinese Medicine on Infantile Sinusitis

目的探究小儿鼻窦炎患者采取中药治疗联合呼吸康复训练的疗效和应用优势.方法抽取2019年1月—2020年1月期间于该院接受治疗的鼻窦炎患儿共计100例纳入试验,采取随机分组法将研究对象均分为对照、观察组,每组50例,其中对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取中药治疗配合呼吸康复训练,对照比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果、睡眠障碍率、治疗满意度.结果对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取中药治疗配合呼吸康复训练后,观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.00%(47/50),对照组的治疗有效率为72.00%(36/50),观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.2593,P<0.05);对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取中药治疗配合呼吸康复训练后,对照组患者睡眠障碍率为58.00%(29/50);观察组患者的睡眠障碍率为32.00%(16/50),观察组患者的睡眠质量明显高于对照组,各组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.9368,P<0.05).结论小儿鼻窦炎患者采取中药治疗联合呼吸康复训练的疗效显著,不仅取得了患儿及其家属的认可,而且改善了患者的睡眠质量,促进了患者的病情恢复,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the efficacy and application advantages of Chinese medicine treatment combined with respiratory rehabilitation training in children with sinusitis.Methods A total of 100 children with sinusitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in the trial.The subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,50 patients in each group.The control group took routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with respiratory rehabilitation training.The clinical treatment effect,sleep disturbance rate,and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate was 94.00%(47/50)in the observation group and 72.00%(36/50)in the control group.The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=7.2593,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The sleep disturbance rate of patients in the control group was 58.00%(29/50);and that in the observed group was 32.00%(16/50).The sleep quality of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.9368,P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric sinusitis patients with Chinese medicine treatment combined with respiratory rehabilitation training has a significant effect,which not only has achieved satisfactory recognition of the children and their families,but also improved the patient's sleep quality and promoted the recovery of the patient's condition.It is worthy of clinical application.
