康复运动结合按摩护理对早期糖尿病足患者的影响观察

Effect of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Massage Nursing on Early Diabetic Foot Patients

目的探讨康复运动结合按摩护理对早期糖尿病足患者的影响.方法选择2018年11月—2019年10月在该院治疗的早期糖尿病足患者134例作为护理对象.采取随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组67例.对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组增加康复运动结合按摩护理的干预环节.其中康复运动以毕格尔氏运动法为主,按摩护理主要按摩患者肾上腺、腹腔神经丛、肾和输尿管等足底反射区.护理后,从患者踝肱指数检测结果、康复效果和护理工作满意度调查等方面,比较护理效果.结果观察组踝肱指数检测结果为(0.98±0.09),康复效果总有效率为98.51%,护理工作满意度为97.01%.对照组组踝肱指数检测结果为(0.77±0.08),康复效果总有效率为89.55%,护理工作满意度为88.06%.观察组以上指标和结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复运动结合按摩护理可有效提高早期糖尿病足患者的康复效果.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with massage nursing on early diabetic foot patients.Methods 134 patients with early diabetic foot treated in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as nursing subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 67 patients in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the observation group increased the rehabilitation exercise combined with massage nursing intervention.The rehabilitation exercise was based on Bigeler's exercise method,and the massage nursing mainly massaged the plantar reflex area such as adrenal gland,celiac nerve plexus,kidney and ureter.After nursing,the nursing effect was compared from the measurement result of ankle brachial index,rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction survey.Results In the observation group,the detection result of ankle brachial index was(0.98±0.09),the total effective rate of rehabilitation was 98.51%,and the nursing satisfaction was 97.01%.The test results of ankle brachial index in the control group were(0.77±0.08),the total effective rate of rehabilitation was 89.55%,and the nursing satisfaction was 88.06%.The above indexes and results in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation exercise combined with massage nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of early diabetic foot patients.
