妇科手术中快速康复外科理念麻醉管理的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Anesthesia Management of Fast Track Surgery Concept in Gynecological Surgery

目的探讨妇科手术中快速康复外科(FTS)理念麻醉管理的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年12月于该院行妇科手术的80例患者的临床资料,根据麻醉管理方法的不同分为对照组(常规麻醉管理)和观察组(FTS理念麻醉管理),各40例.比较两组围术期指标、不同时间疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及并发症发生率.结果与对照组相比,观察组肛门通气时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间均较早,住院时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2、6、12 h VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组并发症发生率,观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论快速康复外科理念麻醉管理应用于妇科手术效果显著,可促进患者恢复,减轻术后疼痛,同时减少并发症发生.

Objective To explore the effect of anesthesia management in the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)in gynecological surgery.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent gynecologic operation in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different anesthetic management methods,80 patients were divided into a control group(routine anesthetic management)and an observation group(anesthetic management of FTS concept),40 patients in each group.The perioperative indicators,visual analog scale(VAS)scores and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the anal ventilation time,awakening time,extubation time of the observation group were earlier,the hospitalization time was shorter,the postoperative VAS scores at different time were lower,the complications was fewer,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia management of the concept FTS is effective in gynecological surgery,which can promote the recovery of patients,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce complications.
