足月顺产产妇进行产后康复护理干预的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Postpartum Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention for Parturient Women

目的 探究对足月顺产产妇进行产后康复护理干预的临床价值.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年10月该院收治的足月顺产产妇120例,随机分为观察组(产后康复护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各60例.比较两组护理满意度、产后子宫复旧、总泌乳量及并发症发生情况.结果 与对照组(83.33%)相比,观察组护理满意度(96.67%)较高(P<0.05);观察组产后3 d宫底高度(14.01±1.62)cm及总泌乳量(190.58±56.29)g均优于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组并发症发生(6.67%)低于对照组(13.33%)(P<0.05).结论 对足月顺产产妇进行产后康复护理干预后,能够提高护理满意度,促进子宫复旧,增加总泌乳量,同时还能够降低产后并发症的发生,其具有十分显著的临床应用价值.

Objective To explore the clinical value of postpartum rehabilitation nursing interventions for full-term parturient women.Methods A total of 120 full-term parturients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention)and a control group(routine nursing),60 cases in each group.The nursing satisfaction,postpartum uterine rejuvenation,total lactation volume and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(83.33%),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher(P<0.05).The uterine floor height(14.01±1.62)cm and the total lactation volume(190.58±56.29)g of the observation group were better than the control group at the 3 days postpartum(P<0.05).Mmeanwhile,the occurrence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation nursing interventions for full-term perinatal women can improve nursing satisfaction,promote uterine rejuvenation,increase total lactation,and can also reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.It has very significant clinical application value.
