早期康复干预在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床效果及对肢体功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Early Rehabilitation Intervention in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction and its Effect on Limb Function

目的 探讨早期康复干预在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床效果及对肢体功能的影响.方法 选择2018年8月—2019年8月期间该院收治的急性心肌梗死患者110例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例.对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期康复干预,对患者效果进行评估,两组均完成3个月干预,比较两组生活质量、肢体功能及日常生活能力.结果 两组干预后患者生理、心理、社会、环境个方面的评分,均高于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后生理、心理、社会、环境个方面的评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后上肢、下肢功能以及日常生活能力评分均高于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后上肢功能、下肢功能以及Barthel指数各评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 早期康复干预在急性心肌梗死患者中的临床效果显著,能够明显提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的肢体功能,利于改善患者的日常生活能力,获得良好的预后,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction and its effect on limb function.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used early rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.After completing the 3-month intervention,the effects of the patients were evaluated,and the quality of life,limb function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of patients in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores in the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The upper limb,lower limb function and daily life ability scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The upper limb function,lower limb function and Barthel index scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitation intervention has a significant clinical effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which can significantly improve the patient's quality of life,improve the patient's limb function.It is conducive to improving the patient's daily life ability,and obtaining a good prognosis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
