特勤疗养员落枕康复治疗过程中开展全方位护理干预的临床效果及对其生活质量的影响

The Clinical Effect of Full-service Nursing Intervention and the Impact on Life Quality of Special Convalescents During the Rehabilitation Treatment

目的 研究在特勤疗养员落枕康复治疗过程中实施全方位护理干预的价值.方法 遵循干预模式差异分组,择该院2019年3月—2020年2月内39例接受落枕康复治疗的特勤疗养员分为对照组(18例,常规护理)和观察组(21例,全方位护理干预);观察两组临床效果、临床症状缓解以及痊愈时间、疼痛、生活质量.结果 观察组护理总有效率明显较对照组高(95.2%vs 66.6%),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.3724,P<0.05).经护理后观察组症状缓解时间、痊愈时间各指标用时较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同时段,观察组疼痛评分明显较对照组低,经护理后生活质量各指标评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对接受落枕康复治疗的特勤疗养员开展护理干预,建议以全方位护理干预为主,可有效提高临床效果并提升生活质量.

Objective To study the value of implementing comprehensive nursing interventions in the process of restorative rehabilitation treatment for special care workers.Methods According to the different groups of intervention mode,39 cases of special care workers who received pillow rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were divided into a control group(18 cases,routine nursing)and an observation group(21 cases,comprehensive nursing intervention).The clinical effect,clinical symptom relief,recovery time,pain and quality of life of the two groups.were aomparel Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.2%vs 66.6%),the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=5.3724,P<0.05).After nursing,the time for relieving symptoms and healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At different time periods,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the scores of various indicators of quality of life after nursing were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nursing intervention to the special convalescents undergoing pillow rehabilitation therapy,it is recommended to focus on comprehensive nursing intervention,which can effectively improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life.
