康复护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Rehabilitation Care on Sleep Quality in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的 探讨康复护理对精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量影响.方法 选取该院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的70例精神分裂患者,采用随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例.对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用康复护理模式,比较两组康复情况与睡眠质量.结果 护理前两组的NOSIE评分、BPRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的各项评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量的各项指标都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用康复护理不仅能改善精神分裂患者的睡眠质量还有利于病情康复,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 70 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,35 patients in each group.Conventional nursing mode was used in the control group and rehabilitation nursing mode was used in the observation group.Results There were no significant difference in NOSIE score and BPRS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).All indexes of sleep quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rehabilitation nursing can not only improve the sleep quality of schizophrenic patients but also benefit the rehabilitation of the disease,worthy of clinical application.
