社会认知交互训练在精神分裂症住院患者康复中的应用

Application of Social Cognitive Interaction Training in Rehabilitation of Inpatients with Schizophrenia

目的 研究社会认知交互训练在精神分裂症住院患者康复中的应用效果.方法 选取2017年11月—2019年11月收治的60例精神分裂症住院患者,分组方式采取随机数字表法,将所有患者分成观察组30例和对照组30例,给予对照组患者常规治疗和护理干预,观察组在此基础上添加社会认知交互训练干预,将最终两组患者的干预效果进行详细对比.结果 干预后两组对比,观察组患者的SCL-90评分、认知功能、生存质量及护理满意度均明显提高,组间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对精神分裂症患者住院期间及时给予社会认知交互训练干预,能够有效提高患者的康复治疗效果,尽早改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生存质量.

Objective To study the effect of social cognitive interaction training in the rehabilitation of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 schizophrenic inpatients from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected.All patients were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing intervention.On this basis,the observation group added social cognitive interaction training intervention,and the final intervention effect of the two groups were compared in detail.Results After the intervention,the SCL-90 score,cognitive function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved,and the data differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of social cognitive interaction training in time for schizophrenia patients during hospitalization can effectively improve the effect of rehabilitation treatment,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of schizophrenics.
