快速康复外科麻醉管理对腹腔镜直肠癌患者肠道屏障的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Anesthesia Management on Intestinal Barrier in Patients with Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer

目的 研究快速康复外科麻醉管理对腹腔镜直肠癌患者肠道屏障的应用效果.方法 选取在2018年2月—2019年11月来该院就诊的54例腹腔镜直肠癌患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组27例.对照组:常规麻醉管理;观察组:在常规麻醉管理的基础上应用快速康复外科麻醉管理.结果 观察组患者术后1 d的CRP水平(40.53±2.75)mg/L与IL-6水平(39.42±2.53)pg/mL与对照组患者术后1 d的CRP水平(46.65±1.24)mg/L与IL-6水平(47.61±2.71)pg/mL相比较低(P<0.05).结论 快速康复外科麻醉管理应用在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中,可以有效的降低病死率,提高患者的生理舒适度,值得在临床中应用.

Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical anesthesia management on intestinal barrier in patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer.Methods A total of 54 patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer who visited our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research object.They were set as the observation group and the control group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia management,and on this basis,the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical anesthesia management.Results The CRP level(40.53±2.75)ng/mL and IL-6 level(39.42±2.53)pg/mL of the observation group 1d after the operation were lower than the control group’s(46.65±1.24)ng/mL and(47.61±2.71)pg/mL(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rapid rehabilitation surgical anesthesia management in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery can effectively reduce the mortality and improve the physiological comfort of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
