快速康复理念在骨盆骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation in Pelvic Fracture Patients

目的 探讨快速康复理念在骨盆骨折患者中的应用效果分析效果.方法 选取2017年5月—2019年11月该院收治的骨盆骨折患者48例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规康复理念治疗,研究组应用快速康复理念治疗.比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,并发症以及生活质量.结果 研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的术后并发症低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在骨盆骨折患者的治疗过程当中,运用快速康复理念,可显著提高患者的治疗效果,患者的生活质量明显提高,且并发症发生几率显著降低,临床上应当进一步推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation in patients with pelvic fracture.Methods A total of 48 patients with pelvic fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with the conventional rehabilitation concept,while the study group was treated with the rapid rehabilitation concept.The clinical outcomes,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of pelvic fracture patients,the application of rapid rehabilitation concept can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients and the quality of life reduce the incidence of complications,should be further promoted in clinical application.
