高血压脑卒中应用临床康复治疗效果及神经功能分析

Analysis of Clinical Rehabilitation Treatment Effect and Neurological Function of Hypertensive Stroke

目的 分析高血压脑卒中应用临床康复治疗效果及神经功能分析.方法 选择2017年6月—2019年12月该院收治高血压脑卒中患者70例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组35例采用左旋氨氯地平联合尼莫地平治疗,研究组35例在对照组基础上使用康复治疗,对两组治疗效果及神经功能进行比较.结果 研究组显效62.86%,对照组显效48.57%,研究组临床总有效97.14%比对照组77.14%高(P<0.05);研究组舒张压(81.38±3.59)mmHg和收缩压(130.62±7.93)mmHg均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后NIHSS(7.48±1.29)分低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生理职能(86.62±5.95)分、精力(87.16±6.28)分、躯体疼痛(88.13±6.39)分与社会功能(87.36±5.69)分等比对照组高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将临床康复治疗应用于高血压脑卒中患者中,可降低血压水平,改善患者神经功能,能有效提升其生活自理能力.

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical rehabilitation treatment and neurological function analysis of hypertensive stroke.Methods From June 2017 to December 2019,70 patients with hypertensive stroke were admitted to our hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table.35 cases in the control group were treated with levamilodipine combined with nimodipine.35 cases in the study group were treated with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and nerve function of the two groups were compared.Results The marked effect of the study group was 62.86%,and that of the control group was 48.57%,the total clinical effect of the study group was 97.14%,higher than the control group 77.14%(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure of the study group(81.38±3.59)mmHg and systolic blood pressure(130.62±7.93)mmHg were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the NIHSS(7.48±1.29)points of the study group is lower than that of the control group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);the physiological function(86.62±5.95)points,the scores of energy(87.16±6.28)points,physical pain(88.13±6.39)points and social function(87.36±5.69)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying clinical rehabilitation therapy to patients with hypertensive stroke can lower blood pressure level,improve the patient's nerve function,and effectively improve their ability to take care of themselves.
