急性乳腺炎采用手法按摩联合中药内服外敷治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Manual Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal and External Application in the Treatment of Acute Mastitis

目的 探讨急性乳腺炎采用手法按摩联合中药内服外敷治疗的效果.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年6月该院收治的急性乳腺炎患者96例作为该次研究的对象,随机数字法分为两组,研究组和对照组各48例.对照组应用常规药物治疗,研究组应用手法按摩联合中药内服外敷治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的效果以及临床症状缓解时间.结果 研究组患者的肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间以及通乳时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者的NHP评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者的治疗有效率高对照组(P<0.05).结论 急性乳腺炎的治疗过程当中,手法按摩联合中药内服外敷的治疗效果理想,能够更有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗后的NHP评分.同时该种方法能够提高治疗的效果,有利于疾病的恢复,临床上应当进一步推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of manual massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on acute mastitis.Methods 96 patients with acute mastitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and randomly divided into two groups,48 in the study group and 48 in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the study group was treated with manual massage and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The effect after treatment and the time of clinical symptam reliep of the two groups were compared.Results In the study group,the time of swelling disappearance,pain disappearance and the beginning breast feeding time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NHP score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of the treatment of acute mastitis,the therapeutic effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine is ideal,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more effectively and improve the NHP score after treatment.At the same time,this method can improve the effect of treatment,is conducive to the recovery of the disease,and should be further popularized in clinical application.
