肺部物理疗法对小儿肺炎康复效果的影响

The Effect of Pulmonary Physiotherapy on the Rehabilitation of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的 研究小儿肺炎采用肺部物理疗法对患儿康复效果的影响.方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月在该院接受治疗的98例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,依照随机数表将所有患儿均分成对照组和研究组,每组各有49例患儿.对照组采取常规治疗,研究组采取肺部物理疗法,观察两组患儿治疗效果.结果 通过治疗,研究组患儿临床症状、体征好转情况明显优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗有效率显著优于对照组,数据差异满足统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对小儿肺炎采取肺部物理疗法,不仅能够维持患儿生命体征平稳,还能够改善肺部功能,缓解呼吸症状,优化治疗疗效,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To study the effect of pulmonary physiotherapy on the rehabilitation of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 98 children with pediatric pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table,all the children were divided into the control group and the study group,with 49 children in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the study group was treated with pulmonary physiotherapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of the children in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference in data(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary physiotherapy for pediatric pneumonia can not only maintain the stability of children's vital signs,but also improve the lung function,relieve respiratory symptoms and optimize the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
