探析手术室护理中应用快速康复外科理念对整体效果的影响

目的分析手术室护理中行快速康复外科理念的临床效果.方法择取该院于2016年8月—2018年9月阶段接收的,行外科手术患者86例,采用抽签法模式分为实验组和对照组,每组43例.对照组实施常规护理模式,实验组在上述基础上加行快速康复外科理念,记录两组患者手术情况、手术位置的感染情况、并发症发生率和生活质量的改善情况.结果实验组停止输液、麻醉清醒、初次排气和住院用时短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组手术位置感染率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组生活质量分值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后实验组生理功能、精神状态、社会功能和情感活动分值高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论快速康复外科理念应用于外科手术患者中,术后感染率显著下降,患者治疗时间也有所缩短,切口愈合更快.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in operating room nursing.Methods A total of 86 surgical patients admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to September 2018 were selected.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the research group added the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of the above.Recorded the operation status,the infection status of the operation location,the incidence of complications and the improvement of the quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results The research group was shorter than the control group in terms of stopping infusion,waking up under anesthesia,primary exhaust and hospitalization,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The infection rate of surgical site in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before and after nursing care(P>0.05).The scores of physiological function,mental state,social function and emotional activity in the research group were higher than those in the control group after nursing care,and the differences was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is applied to surgical patients,the postoperative infection rate is significantly reduced,the treatment time is also shortened,and the incision heals faster.
