踝泵训练、银离子敷料联合美宝湿润烧伤膏对糖尿病足患者的影响观察

Observation on the Effect of Ankle Pump Training, Silver Ion Dressing Combined with MEBO Moisturizing Burn Ointment on Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的探讨踝泵训练、银离子敷料联合美宝湿润烧伤膏对糖尿病足患者的影响.方法选择2019年1—12月在该院治疗的糖尿病足患者94例作为研究对象.采取随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和结合组2组,每组47例.对照组患者采用踝泵训练和银离子敷料进行护理,结合组增加美宝湿润烧伤膏的护理环节.护理后,从患者溃疡部位肉芽出现时间、换药次数、溃疡部位面积变化和护理工作满意度几方面,比较护理效果.结果结合组溃疡部位肉芽出现时间为(7.16±1.15)d,换药次数为(12.15±2.49)次,少于对照组(8.07±2.03)d和(17.14±3.18)次(P<0.05).护理14 d和28 d的溃疡部位面积(5.03±1.89)cm^(2)和(3.17±0.80)cm^(2),均少于对照组的(6.16±2.23)cm^(2)和(4.00±0.99)cm2(P<0.05).护理满意度为97.87%,高于对照组的85.11%.以上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论踝泵训练、银离子敷料联合美宝湿润烧伤膏,有效提高了糖尿病足溃疡患者的康复效果.

Objective To investigate the effect of ankle pump training,silver ion dressing combined with MEbo meBO on diabetic foot patients.Methods 94 patients with diabetic foot treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the combination group,with 47 patients in each group.In the control group,ankle pump training and silver ion dressing were used for nursing.In the combined group,Mebo meBO was increased for nursing.After nursing,the nursing effect was compared from the following aspects:appearance time of granulation in ulcer site,frequency of dressing change,ulcer site area change and the satisfaction of nursing work.Results The granulation time of ulcer site in the combination group was(7.16±1.15)d,and the number of dressing changes was(12.15±2.49)times,less than that in the control group(8.07±2.03)d and(17.14±3.18)times(P<0.05).The ulcer site area of 14 d and 28 d was(5.03±1.89)cm^(2)and(3.17±0.80)cm^(2),less than that of the control group(6.16±2.23)cm^(2)and(4.00±0.99)cm^(2)(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was 97.87%,higher than 85.11%of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankle pump training,silver ion dressing combined with Mebo meBO can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of diabetic foot ulcer patients.It is suggested to strengthen the promotion and application.
