在膝关节骨性关节炎康复治疗中应用高频超声诊断的价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析探究膝关节骨性关节炎康复治疗中应用高频超声诊断的价值.方法该次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年7月—2019年6月进入该院接受康复治疗的38例膝关节骨性关节炎患者划分为两组,各组平均为19例;其中,对照组患者实行常规X线诊断,观察组患者实行高频超声诊断,对比两组诊断准确性.结果在软组织改变、关节腔改变、滑膜改变、半月板改变、关节软骨变薄、软骨回声改变方面,对照组分别为3、2、5、2、4、3,观察组为1、1、5、1、0、11,对比统计结果发现,对照组诊断准确率为73.68%与观察组94.74%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者康复治疗应用高频超声诊断的效果显著,能明显提高诊断准确性,有助于制定长期康复治疗计划,保证总体康复治疗效果,值得在临床领域中使用及推广. Objective To analyze the value of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis in the rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis.Methods In this study,38 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 for rehabilitation were divided into two groups,with 19 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were diagnosed by routine X-ray,the patients in the observation group were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound,and the accuracy of diagnosis in the two groups was compared.Results In terms of soft tissue changes,joint cavity changes,synovial changes,meniscus changes,articular cartilage thinning,and cartilage echo changes,the comparison of statistical results found that the diagnostic accuracy of the control group was(3,2,5,2,4,3)73.68%and the observation group was(1,1,5,1,0,11)94.74%.The difference of two sets of data have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis in the rehabilitation treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis,help to make a long-term rehabilitation treatment plan,ensure the overall rehabilitation treatment effect,and is worth using and promoting in the clinical field.
