老年患者初戴全口义齿行口腔功能康复训练的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Training of Oral Function in Elderly Patients with First Complete Denture

目的探讨老年患者初戴全口义齿行口腔功能康复训练的临床效果分析.方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月该院收治的初戴全口义齿患者60例,随机设为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组应用常规训练,研究组应用口腔功能康复治疗.比较两组患者的吞咽功能,咀嚼效果以及满意度.结果研究组患者治疗5周后吞咽能力好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的咀嚼功能好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的满意度要高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的咀嚼效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在老年患者初戴全口义齿的康复过程当中,应用口腔功能康复训练,可显著提高患者的咀嚼功能,且患者的吞咽能力显著提高,患者的满意度较高.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation training for oral function in elderly patients with first complete denture.Methods A total of 60 patients with first-time complete denture admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly assigned to a study group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The control group received routine training,and the study group received oral functional rehabilitation treatment.The swallowing function,chewing effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The swallowing ability of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The chewing efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the rehabilitation process of the elderly patients with full denture for the first time,oral rehabilitation training can significantly improve the patient's chewing function,and the patient's swallowing ability significantly improved,the patient's satisfaction is higher.
