中药内服联合康复锻炼在膝关节半月板损伤微创术后应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise on the Knee Meniscus Injury after Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探讨分析中药内服联合康复锻炼在膝关节半月板损伤微创术后应用效果.方法选择2017年9月—2019年9月期间该院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例.对照组给予中药内服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复锻炼,对患者效果进行评估,比较两组膝关节功能评分及活动度、疼痛评分及膝关节评分.结果两组干预后HSS、屈伸活动度均优于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后膝关节功能评分及活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后VAS评分低于干预前(P<0.05);Lysholm膝关节评分高于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论中药内服联合康复锻炼在膝关节半月板损伤微创术后中应用效果显著,能够明显减轻患者的疼痛,有助于膝关节功能恢复,促近患者术后早日能够下地行走.

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral administration combined with rehabilitation exercise on minimally invasive postoperative knee meniscus injury.Methods 90 patients with knee joint meniscus injury admitted in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Chinese medicine orally.The observation group combined with rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.The effect of the patients was evaluated,and the knee function score and activity,pain score and knee joint score were compared between the two groups.Results The HSS and flexion and extension activities of both groups after intervention were better than before(P<0.05);the knee function score and activity of the observation group after intervention were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than before(P<0.05),and the Lysholm knee score was high than before(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Lysholm knee score of the observation group after intervention was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with rehabilitation exercise has a significant effect in the minimally invasive surgery of the meniscus injury of the knee,which can significantly reduce the pain of the patient,help the knee function recovery,and promote the patient to walk down the ground as soon as possible after the operation.
