弹性髓内钉治疗对儿童四肢长骨干骨折康复效果的影响

The Effect of Elastic Intramedullary Nail Treatment on the Rehabilitation Effect of Long Bone Fractures in Children

目的探讨弹性髓内钉治疗对四肢长骨干骨折患儿康复效果的影响.方法选取2016年10月—2019年10月该院收治的儿童四肢长骨干骨折患儿94例,应用随机数字法分为两组,对照组应用切开复位钢板固定治疗,研究组应用弹性髓内钉治疗.比较两组术后并发症、手术时间、住院时间、术中失血量、手术切口长度以及开始负重时间与骨折愈合时间.结果研究组并发症低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组手术切口小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组开始负重时间与骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢长骨干骨折效果显著,具有损伤小、失血量少、患肢功能恢复快、骨折愈合、并发症少等优点,能够缩短患儿的住院时间,减轻患儿家属的经济负担,有助于患儿健康成长.

Objective To investigate the effect of elastic intramedullary nailing on the rehabilitation of children with long-diaphysis fractures.Methods A total of 94 pediatric children with longbone fractures admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number method.The control group was treated with open reduction plate fixation,while the study group was treated with elastic intramedullary nail.Postoperative complications,duration of surgery,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,length of surgical incision,time to start weight-bearing and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results Complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the surgical incision in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The starting loading time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nail to treat children limbs long bone fracture effect is remarkable,with a small injury,less blood loss,quicker recovery of limb function and fracture healing,fewer complications,can shorten the hospitalization time of children and reduce the economic burden of patients'families.It is helpful for the healthy growth of children.
