阿司匹林联合早期康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Aspirin Combined with Early Rehabilitation Therapy on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的研究阿司匹林联合早期康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者康复医学疗效的作用.方法随机选取该院2018年3月—2019年3月期间收治的36例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间编号后随机划分为两组开展临床治疗工作.分析组18例患者进行阿司匹林的口服,参照组18例患者在此基础上实施早期康复治疗,比较两组患者功能改善以及并发症情况,同时对所有患者进行随访,随访时间为3个月.结果参照组与分析组患者出院前NDS、ADL得分分别为(12.4±2.0)分vs(12.9±2.4)分、(32.2±7.6)分vs(33.4±9.3)分,出院3个月后参照组NDS评分低于分析组(5.3±2.1)分vs(6.5±2.4)分,而ADL评分高于分析组(67.2±8.5)分vs(60.6±7.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者出院后没有出现复发病例,大部分的并发症为便秘、Ⅰ度压疮等.参照组抑郁程度明显低于分析组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论由此可以看出,缺血性脑卒中患者出院后,在口服用药物基础上,加之一定程度的早期康复治疗,很大程度上可以控制和降低病残水平,提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with early rehabilitation therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 36 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups for clinical treatment according to the serial number of admission time.In the analysis group,18 patients were given aspirin orally,and in the reference group,18 patients were given early rehabilitation treatment on this basis.Functional improvement and complications of patients in the two groups were compared,and all patients were followed up for three months.Results The NDS and ADL scores before discharge were(12.4±2.0)points vs(12.9±2.4)points and(32.2±7.6)points vs(33.4±9.3)points in the reference group and the analysis group.After 3 months of discharge,the NDS scores in the reference group were lower than those in the analysis group(5.3±2.1)points vs(6.5±2.4)points,while the ADL scores were higher than those in the analysis group(67.2±8.5)points vs(60.6±7.4)points,with significant differences and statistical significance.There were no cases of relapse after discharge in the two groups.Most of the complications were constipation andⅠdegree of pressure ulcers.The degree of depression in the reference group was significantly lower than that in the analysis group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be seen that,after discharge from hospital,patients with ischemic stroke can control and reduce the level of disability and improve the quality of life to a large extent on the basis of oral drugs and early rehabilitation treatment.
