探讨手术室安全护理对剖宫产术后康复护理风险、术后疼痛与母婴安全的影响

To Explore the Risk of Safety Nursing in Operating Room on Rehabilitation Nursing after Cesarean Section and Postoperative Pain and the Impact of Maternal and Child safety

目的探讨给予剖宫产产妇手术安全护理对于其产后康复的影响,为当前的产科护理工作提供参考意见.方法将在该院2016年6月—2019年12月分娩的68例剖宫产产妇作为研究的对象,分为对照组和观察者.给予对照组产妇常规手术室护理,观察组产妇手术室安全护理,比较两组产妇的术后康复情况.结果观察组产妇的VAS疼痛评分(4.86±0.52)分、SAS焦虑评分(44.25±2.78)分明显轻于对照组产妇的(5.31±0.76)分、(46.78±2.59)分,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇并发症发生率2.78%明显低于对照组产妇的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理风险发生率0.00%低于对照组的8.33%,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论给予剖宫产术产妇手术室安全护理,能够有效改善产妇的术后疼痛、提高母婴安全,降低护理风险,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of cesarean section maternal operation safety nursing on its postpartum rehabilitation,and to provide reference for current obstetric nursing work.Methods 68 cesarean deliveries in the hospital were used as the research object and were divided into a control group and an observer from June 2016 to December 2019.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care in the operating room,while safety nursing in the gynecological operating room was given to the observer group,and the postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS pain score of the women in the observation group was(4.86±0.52)points,and the SAS anxiety score was(44.25±2.78)points,which was significantly lower than the(5.31±0.76)points and(46.78±2.59)points of the women in the control group.The difference of data were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of maternal complications in the group was 2.78%,which was significantly lower than the 22.22%of the maternal in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing risk was 0.00%lower than the 8.33%in the control group,but the difference was no statistics significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Giving cesarean section nursing care of the operating room can effectively improve the postoperative pain of mothers,improve the safety of mothers and infants,and reduce the risk of nursing.It is worthy of widespread application.
