精细化护理对剖宫产患者康复及产科护理质量影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Meticulous Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Cesarean Section Patients and the Quality of Obstetric Nursing

目的分析评价精细化护理对剖宫产患者康复及产科护理质量的影响.方法该次将该院于2018年2月—2019年1月收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,其中对照组40例采取常规护理方法,观察组40例则采取精细化护理方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行比较.结果护理前,两组SAS(焦虑)、SDS(抑郁)、VAS(疼痛)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在采取相对应的护理干预以后,观察组则显著比对照组要低(P<0.05).在产科护理质量评分上,观察组则明显要比对照组更高(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率的5.00%,显著要比对照组的25.00%低(P<0.05).观察组的护理总满意度高达95.00%,显著要比对照组的75.00%高(P<0.05).结论剖宫产产妇采取精细化护理方法,可促进产妇产后康复,并促进产科护理质量的提升;所以,值得采纳及应用.

Objective To analyze and evaluate the influence of meticulous nursing on the rehabilitation and obstetric nursing quality of cesarean section patients.Methods 80 cases of cesarean section women in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing method,40 cases in the observation group were treated with meticulous nursing method.The nursing effects of the two groups were further compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS(anxiety),SDS(depression)and VAS(pain)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after active nursing,the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of obstetric nursing quality score,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing can promote the recovery of parturient and improve the quality of obstetric nursing.
