呼吸康复护理提高老年慢阻肺患者生存质量和护理满意水平的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Respiratory Rehabilitation Nursing to Improve the Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction of Elderly Patients with COPD

目的探讨呼吸康复护理在提高老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺,COPD)患者生存质量和护理满意度中的作用.方法选取2019年1—12月间该院治疗的86例老年COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为2组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组同时采用呼吸康复护理干预,对比两组患者日常生活能力评分(ADL)、生活满意指数(LSIA)评分和护理满意水平的差异性.结果观察组日常生活能力评分、生活满意度指数评分以及护理满意程度和护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论给予老年COPD患者呼吸康复护理干预,不仅能提高患者日常生活能力和生活满意度,还能提高护理满意水平.

Objective To explore the role of respiratory rehabilitation nursing in improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 86 elderly COPD patients treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was also receiving respiratory rehabilitation nursing.Intervene to compare the difference in daily living ability score(ADL),life satisfaction index(LSIA)score and nursing satisfaction level between the two groups.Results The observation group's daily life ability score,life satisfaction index score,nursing satisfaction degree and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing interventions for elderly patients with COPD can not only improve the patients'daily life ability and life satisfaction,but also improve the level of nursing satisfaction.
