康复理疗超短波在新生儿肺炎中的辅助治疗

目的探讨在新生儿肺炎的临床治疗中应用康复理疗超短波进行辅助治疗的临床应用价值.方法随机抽取2019年5—10月于该院接受诊治处理的新生儿肺炎患儿30例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将所有患儿分为两组.予以全部入选患儿盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,参照组患儿不作任何处理,观察组患儿需同时予以超短波进行辅助治疗.对两组患儿的临床治疗结果(显效、有效、无效)、新生儿结局评分进行对比分析,观察、对比两组患儿的在院治疗时长、停氧时间、肺部湿啰音消退时间,观察、对比两组患儿家长对治疗效果的满意程度.结果接受治疗后,相比于参照组,观察组的临床诊治有效性明显提升(P<0.05),观察组患儿的在院治疗时长、停氧时间、肺部湿啰音消退时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长对治疗效果的满意程度明显提高(P<0.05),观察组患儿的新生儿结局评分表现为明显的提升趋势(P<0.05).结论在新生儿肺炎的临床治疗中应用康复理疗超短波进行辅助治疗,诊治效果甚佳,可有效缓解患儿的临床症状,具有起效快、效率高、可改善患儿生活质量的优点,可有效控制病情.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrashort wave rehabilitation therapy in the clinical treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 30 cases of neonate pneumonia were randomly selected from May to October 2019 in the hospital.All the cases were divided into two groups by random number table.All the selected children were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation treatment.The children in the reference group did not do any treatment,the children in the observation group needed to be treated with ultrashort wave at the same time.The results of clinical treatment(significant,effective and ineffective)and neonatal outcome scores of the two groups were compared.The length of treatment in hospital,the time of oxygen cessation and the time of disappearance of lung moist rale of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,compared with the reference group,the clinical diagnosis and treatment effectiveness of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).In the observation group,the length of treatment in hospital,the time of oxygen cessation and the time of disappearance of lung wet rale were significantly shortened(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of parents of the observation group to the treatment effect was significantly increased(P<0.05).The neonatal outcome score of the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of neonatal pneumonia,the application of rehabilitation physical therapy ultrashort wave for adjuvant treatment has a very good diagnosis and treatment effect,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children.It has the advantages of rapid onset,high efficiency,and improving the quality of life of children.It can effectively control the condition.
