口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎康复治疗观察

Rehabilitation Treatment of Chronic Gingivitis in Children with Orthodontic Treatment

目的观察不同方法治疗口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎的效果,并作出统计与对比分析.方法纳入2018年2月—2019年3月期间该科收治的60例慢性牙龈炎患儿资料予以分组分析.空白组30例采用常规牙龈清洁手术治疗,试验组30例使用常规牙龈清洁术+康复新液治疗,连续治疗两周后,比较两组患儿治疗效果.结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.7%,高于空白组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患儿GI、CI、DI、SBI以及PI改善程度比空白组更为显著(P<0.05);在疼痛分级情况比较上,试验组I级占有率为83.3%,高于空白组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎,予以康复新液治疗,有益于减轻牙龈疼痛症状,改善患儿牙龈健康状态,优化康复效果.

Objective To observe the effects of different methods in treating chronic gingivitis in children with orthodontic treatment,and make a statistical and comparative analysis.Methods Data of 60 children with chronic gingivitis admitted to the department during February 2018 to March 2019 were included and group analyzed.30 patients in the blank group were treated with conventional gingival cleaning surgery,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional gingival cleaning+rehabilitation new solution.After two weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.7%in the experimental group,higher than 73.3%in the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of GI,CI,DI,SBI and PI in the experimental group was more significant than that in the blank group(P<0.05).In terms of pain grading,the rate of grade I in the experimental group was 83.3%,higher than that in the blank group(60.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion To treat chronic gingivitis in children with orthodontic treatment,a new rehabilitation solution is beneficial to alleviate gingival pain,improve the health status of children with gingival,and optimize the rehabilitation effect.
