温针灸联合四逆汤加味对原发性痛经的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Warming Acupuncture Combined with Sini Decoction on Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的探讨温针灸联合四逆汤加味对原发性痛经的治疗效果.方法选择2017年1月—2019年12月该院原发性痛经患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组43例采用布洛芬治疗;观察组43例采用温针灸联合四逆汤加味治疗,持续2个月经周期,比较两组间的临床疗效,记录中医证候和视觉模拟量表评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS),安全性.结果对照组有效率76.74%低于观察组有效率93.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比,两组治疗后经期小腹疼痛、乳胁胀痛、形寒肢冷、经色紫暗评分降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗后乳胁胀痛、形寒肢冷、经色紫暗评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比,两组治疗1个月、治疗2个月VAS评分降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗1个月、治疗2个月VAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论温针灸联合四逆汤加味对原发性痛经的治疗效果显著,降低中医证候和疼痛程度.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture combined with Sini Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,86 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,43 cases in the control group were treated with ibuprofen,43 cases in the observation group were treated with warm acupuncture and Sini Decoction,lasting for 2 menstrual cycles.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared,and the TCM syndromes and visual analogue scale(VAS),Safety were recorded.Results The effective rate of the control group was 76.74%,lower than that of the observation group(93.02%)(P<0.05).Compared with tpre-treatment,the scores of abdominal distention pain,cold leg shape and dark color in the two groups were lower after treatment;compared with the control group,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distention pain,cold leg shape and dark color in the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased after one month and two months of treatment;compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was lower after one month and two months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of warming acupuncture combined with Sini Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea is significant.
