温针灸联合独活寄生汤治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎的效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation on Needle Warming Moxibustion Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Treating Wind-Cold-Dampness KOA

目的观察温针灸联合独活寄生汤治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床效果.方法选择2018年7月—2019年11月收治的86例风寒湿痹型KOA患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,各43例.观察组给予温针灸联合独活寄生汤口服治疗,对照组给予温针灸治疗,两组疗程均为3周,评价两组患者膝关节疼痛评分(VAS),中医症状积分及临床疗效.结果治疗3周后,观察组VAS评分(2.78±0.41)分,明显低于对照组(3.43±0.52)分(P<0.05);关节冷痛、关节僵硬、活动受限、乏力症状积分分别为(2.15±0.44)分、(1.96±0.26)分、(1.74±0.45)分、(1.97±0.19)分,均明显低于对照组(2.76±0.53)分、(2.43±0.38)分、(2.05±0.27)分、(2.28±0.32)分(P<0.05);总有效率93.02%明显优于对照组76.74%(P<0.05).结论温针灸联合独活寄生汤能够明显缓解风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛程度,改善临床症状,提高临床治疗效果.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating patients with wind-cold-dampness knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 86 patients with wind-colddampness KOA admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were included as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.Those in the observation group received oral medication of needle warming moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,and those in the control group were treated by needle warming moxibustion.The course of treatment for both groups was 3 weeks.The knee joint pain VAS score,TCM symptoms score and clinical effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.78±0.41)points and significantly lower than that of the control group(3.43±0.52)points(P<0.05);the scores of joint crymodynia,joint stiffness,limitation of motion and weakness in the observation group were(2.15±0.44)points,(1.96±0.26)points,(1.74±0.45)points and(1.97±0.19)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group[(2.76±0.53)points,(2.43±0.38)points,(2.05±0.27)points,(2.28±0.32)points](P<0.05);the total effective rate was 93.02%and significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle warming moxibustion combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can significantly alleviate the pain degree of patients with wind-cold-dampness KOA,as well as improve their clinical symptoms and the clinical treatment effect.
