团体操联合药物干预在精神分裂症患者中的疗效观察及对血脂水平的影响研究

The Effect of Group Gymnastics Combined with Drug Intervention on Schizophrenia and its Effect on Blood Lipid Level

目的探讨团体操联合药物干预在精神分裂症患者中的疗效观察及对血脂水平的影响.方法选择2009年1月—2019年10月住院治疗精神分裂症患者86例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43).对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合团体操干预,比较两组康复效果、用药依从率、血脂水平.结果观察组患者的生活能力、社交情况、兴趣和主动性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后患者TG、TC、HDL-C、FPG指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论团体操联合药物干预在精神分裂症患者中的疗效显著,可提高患者的生活能力、社交能力,提高患者治疗依从率,降低血脂水平,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of group gymnastics combined with drug intervention in schizophrenia and its effect on blood lipid level.Methods 86 schizophrenics hospitalized from January 2009 to October 2019 were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given conventional drug treatment,the observation group was combined with group gymnastics intervention on the basis of the control group,and the rehabilitation effect,drug compliance rate and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of life ability,social situation,interest and initiative in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and FPG in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group gymnastics combined with drug intervention in schizophrenic patients has a significant effect,which can improve the living ability and social ability of patients,improve the treatment compliance rate of patients,and reduce the level of blood lipids.It is worth popularizing.
