中医理中汤加减在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎康复治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lizhong Decoction in Rehabilitation of Pediatric Rotavirus Enteritis

目的探究在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎康复治疗中应用中医理中汤加减治疗的效果.方法选取2017年5月—2019年10月该院接收94例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿为对象,以整群随机化方式分设组别.予以对照组患儿常规治疗,予以研究组患儿中医理中汤加减治疗.观察二者的治疗效果,症状消失时间,大便转阴率.结果对照组患儿治疗总有效率为76.60%,低于研究组的95.74%;对照组患儿症状消失时间长于研究组;对照组患儿大便转阴率为51.06%,低于研究组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿予以中医理中汤加减治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果,加快患儿病情恢复,提高大便转阴率.

Objective To explore the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine Lizhong Decoction in the rehabilitation of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods From May 2017 to October 2019,94 children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital were selected as subjects,and the groups were randomly divided into groups.The children in the control group were treated routinely,and the children in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Lizhong Decoction.Observe the effect of the two treatments,the time of disappearance of symptoms,and the rate of stool turning negative.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 76.60%,which was lower than 95.74%in the study group.The symptoms of the control group were longer than in the study group.The stool conversion rate in the control group was 51.06%,which was lower than 72.34 in the study group.%,The difference is large(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with rotavirus enteritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine Lizhong Decoction can obtain better treatment effect,accelerate the recovery of children's condition,and increase the rate of stool negative.
