针灸疗法联合丁螺环酮治疗焦虑症临床效果及心理状态分析

Analysis of Clinical Effects and Psychological State of Acupuncture Combined with Buspirone in Treating Anxiety

目的焦虑症应用针灸疗法与丁螺环酮联合治疗效果情况分析.方法选取该院2017年12月—2018年12月诊治60例焦虑症患者资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予以丁螺环酮,研究组予以针灸疗法与丁螺环酮联合方案,分析两组临床疗效与心理状态情况.结果治疗后,研究组SDS(37.52±5.15)分、SAS(38.37±5.37)分均比对照组(45.29±5.35)分、(44.62±5.16)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组临床总有效96.67%比对照组73.33%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论焦虑症应用针灸疗法与丁螺环酮联合治疗,能有效改善患者心理状态,临床效果显著.

Objective To analyze the effect of combined acupuncture and buspirone treatment on anxiety.Methods The data of 60 patients with anxiety from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,according to the random number table.The control group was given buspirone and the research group was given a combination of acupuncture and buspirone.Analyze the clinical efficacy and psychological status of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of SDS(37.52±5.15)points and SAS(38.37±5.37)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group(45.29±5.35)points and(44.62±5.16)points.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);And the total clinical effectiveness of the study group was 96.67%higher than the control group of 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and buspirone for anxiety can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,and the clinical effect is significant.
