康复护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性分析

Compliance Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析康复护理对改善精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用.方法选择该院2018年10月—2019年12月接收治疗84例精神分裂症患者作为该次研究的对象,以数字随机法将其分作两组,组42例.其中,甲组患者采取常规护理方式,乙组患者给予康复护理干预,对比两组患者护理后的服药依从性情况及生活质量改善情况.结果乙组患者护理后的服药依从率为40例(95.24%),明显高于甲组的31例(73.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者护理后的生活质量各维度评分均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对精神分裂症患者采取康复护理干预,不仅可以提升患者服药的依从性,还能改善患者生活质量,对病情的康复具有积极的促进作用,该护理方法值得临床上推广及应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on improving medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 84 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups by digital random method,with 42 patients in each group.Among them,group A patients were given conventional nursing methods,and group B patients were given rehabilitation nursing interventions,and the compliance of medication and quality of life after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The medication compliance rate of group B patients after nursing was 40 cases(95.24%),which was significantly higher than that of group A 31 cases(73.81%).The comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.The quality of life of patients in group B after nursing was various.The scores were higher than group A,and the comparison was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia can not only improve the compliance of patients with medication,but also improve the quality of life of patients.It has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of the disease.This nursing method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
