心脏康复理念融入心血管疾病临床护理教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的研究心脏康复理念融入心血管疾病临床护理教学中的运用效果.方法该次实验抽取2018年6月—2019年2月该系到心血管内科实习的100名护理专业学生作为研究对象,将其进行随机分组,分为对照组和研究组,每组50名.对照组护理人员采取常规教学模式,研究组则与实习单位沟通,采用心脏康复理念融入护理模式进行护理教学,对比两组护理人员的综合效能得分、理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩以及护理人员的满意度.结果对照组护理人员的理论考核成绩(74.53±0.24)分、实践考核成绩为(70.53±0.44)分、自我效能评价得分为(73.26±0.17)分,研究组护理人员的理论考核成绩(93.65±0.34)分、实践考核成绩为(91.53±0.14)分、自我效能评价得分为(92.91±0.62)分,研究组各项成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在护理人员对教学满意度的调查上,研究组的满意度为90%,对照组为50%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在心血管疾病的临床护理教学中引入心脏康复理念,可以有效增强护理人员在心血管疾病方面的理论知识,提高护理人员对患者的沟通能力,改善医患关系,同时也能够提升临床护理教学质量. Objective To study the application effect of cardiac rehabilitation concept in clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular disease.Methods 100 nursing interns from June 2018 to February 2019 in the department of cardiovascular medicine were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the research group communicated with the internship unit and adopted the heart rehabilitation concept into the nursing mode for nursing teaching.The comprehensive efficacy score,theoretical knowledge score,practical ability score and the satisfaction of the nursing staff between the two groups were compared.Results In the control group,the theoretical assessment score was(74.53±0.24)points,the practical assessment score was(70.53±0.44)points,and the self-efficacy evaluation score was(73.26±0.17)points.The theoretical assessment score,practical assessment score and self-efficacy evaluation score of the study group were(93.65±0.34)points,(91.53±0.14)points and(92.91±0.62)points,respectively.The results of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the survey of nursing staff's satisfaction with teaching,the satisfaction of students of the study group was 90%,and that of the control group was 50%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of cardiac rehabilitation concept in clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular disease can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge of nursing staff in cardiovascular disease,improve the communication ability of nursing staff to patients,improve the doctor-patient relationship,and also improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
