胸外科重症患者术后应用个性化康复护理对呼吸功能恢复的影响

Effect of Personalized Rehabilitation Nursing on Recovery of Respiratory Function in Severe Patients with Thoracic Surgery

目的研究胸外科重症患者术后个性化康复护理的应用价值.方法选取2018年3月—2020年2月聊城市人民医院胸外科接诊且行手术治疗的重症患者56例为研究对象,用数字抽签法划分成试验、对照组,各28例.试验组采取个性化康复护理,对照组采用常规护理.对比FEV1等指标.结果试验组并发症发生率0.00%,比对照组14.29%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组PaCO2水平(5.09±0.26)kPa、SpO2水平(96.34±3.68)%、FEV1水平(62.37±1.51)%、BR(17.47±0.25)次/min均优于对照组(6.04±0.38)kPa、(90.09±1.25)%、(49.96±1.17)%、(29.28±0.69)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患者满意度100.00%,比对照组82.14%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论术后对胸外科重症患者施以个性化康复护理,可显著改善其呼吸功能,降低并发症发生几率,提高患者满意度.

Objective To study the value of personalized rehabilitation nursing in severe patients with thoracic surgery.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,56 cases of severe patients who received surgical treatment from the Department Thoracic Surgery of Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a trial group and a control group by digital drawing method,with 28 cases in each group.The trial group took individualized rehabilitation nursing,while the control group took routine nursing.The indicators such as FEV1 were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the trial group was 0.00%,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The trial group’s PaCO2 level(5.09±0.26)kPa、SpO2 level(96.34±3.68)%,FEV1 level(62.37±1.51)%,BR(17.47±0.25)times/min,were better than control group’s(6.04±0.38)kPa,(90.09±1.25)%,(49.96±1.17)%,(29.28±0.69)times/min,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the trial group was 100.00%,higher than 82.14%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Postoperative personalized rehabilitation nursing for severe patients with thoracic surgery can significantly improve their respiratory function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
