桡骨远端骨折术后早期康复治疗的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Early Rehabilitation Treatment for Postoperative of Distal Radius Fracture

目的浅析桡骨远端骨折术后早期康复治疗的疗效.方法纳入该院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的112例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究样本,按照入院时间先后顺序将其划分为观察组与对照组各56例,观察组患者在康复师指导下进行早期康复治疗,对照组在医师指导下自行进行功能锻炼,评价两组患者腕关节掌屈、腕关节背伸、前臂旋前、前臂旋后活动度与治疗优良率.结果锻炼8周后观察组患者腕关节掌屈、腕关节背伸、前臂旋前、前臂旋后活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗优良率89.29%,高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论桡骨远端骨折术后给予早期康复治疗干预可促进腕关节功能恢复.

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation treatment for postoperative of distal radius fracture.Methods 112 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study.According to the time sequence of admission,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation under the guidance of the rehabilitation instructor,and the patients in the control group performed functional exercises on their own under the guidance of the physician.The wrist metacarpal flexion,wrist dorsiflexion,forearm pronation,forearm supination and excellent rate of treatment of the two groups’patients were evaluated.Results After 8 weeks of exercise,the movement degree of wrist palmar flexion,wrist dorsiflexion,of forearm pronation and forearm supination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 89.29%,higher than 64.29%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention after operation of distal radius fracture can promote the recovery of wrist function.
