中西医结合康复护理在中风气虚血瘀证患者中的价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Rehabilita-tion Nursing Intervention in Stroke Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨中西医结合康复护理在中风气虚血瘀证患者中的应用价值.方法选择2018年8月—2019年8月潍坊市中医院收治的88例中风气虚血瘀证患者为研究对象,以数字随机分配原则将之分为两组,即对照组与研究组,每组44例,对照组实施西医康复护理,研究组实施中西医结合康复护理,比较不同护理模式的应用效果.结果研究组护理总有效率为93.2%,明显高于对照组的84.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对中风气虚血瘀证患者采用中西医结合康复护理干预,有助于提高临床治疗效果,改善患者神经缺损程度,提高肢体运动能力.

Objective To explore the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention in stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 88 stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution,namely the control group and the study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine rehabilitation nursing,while the study group was given integrated Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing.The application effect of different nursing models were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.2%,which was significantly higher than 84.1%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the FMA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the degree of nerve defect and improve the motor ability of limbs.
