中医定向透药联合生物反馈电刺激在产后盆底肌力减退康复治疗中的应用价值研究

Study on the Application Value of TCM Directed Penetration Medicine Combined with Bio-feedback Electrical Stimulation in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Muscle Weakness

目的探讨产后盆底肌力减退康复治疗中使用中医定向透药与生物反馈电刺激的临床价值.方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月于盐城市亭湖区南洋中心卫生院接受自然分娩后存在盆底肌力减退的58例患者纳入该次研究,按不同治疗方法随机分为两组,接受单纯中医定向透药治疗患者为对照组(29例),在此基础上给予生物反馈电刺激治疗患者为观察组(29例).结果经治疗,观察组处于III度盆底肌力患者较少,处于IV、V度盆底肌力患者较多,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经治疗,观察组患者夜尿次数(1.26±0.47)次、阴道肌电电压(20.53±7.52)μV,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经治疗,观察组发生尿失禁患者3例(10.3%),低于对照组的10例(34.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在产后盆底肌力减退康复治疗中应用中医定向透药联合生物反馈电刺激,能够明显改善产妇尿失禁情况,有效提升产妇盆底肌张力,对患者的生活质量具有一定提升作用.

Objective To explore the clinical value of using TCM directional drug penetration and biofeedback electric puncture in the rehabilitation treatment of postpartum pelvic floor muscle hypofunction.Meth⁃ods 58 patients with pelvic floor muscle hypofunction after natural delivery at Nanyang Central Health Center in Tinghu District from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group received simple TCM directed penetration medicine treatment(29 cases),and on this basis,patients in the observation group were given biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment(29 cases).Results After treatment,the observation group had fewer patients with III-degree pelvic floor muscle strength and more patients with IV-and V-degree pelvic floor muscle strength.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,the patients had nocturia(1.26±0.47)times and vaginal myoelectric voltage(20.53±7.52)μV,compared with the control group the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,3(10.3%)patients had urinary incontinence,which was lower than 10(34.5%)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine directional permeabilization combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the rehabilitation treatment of postpartum pelvic floor muscle hypofunction can significantly improve the urinary incontinence of the parturient,effectively enhance the pelvic floor muscle tension of the parturient,and have a certain effect on the quality of life of the patient.
